Shipping Policy

Once you place an order on NG Electronics, you will receive a confirmation via email or SMS. Our team will start processing your order. In some cases, we may contact you for verification.

All prices are listed in INR (₹). We accept the following payment methods:

• UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm)
• Debit / Credit Cards
• Net Banking
• Cash on Delivery (if available)

Orders are processed within 1-3 working days. Delivery usually takes 3-7 working days depending on location. Shipping charges (if any) will be shown at checkout. Tracking details will be shared after shipping.

If you receive a damaged or defective product, you can request a return or replacement within 7 days. The product must be unused and in its original packaging.

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch. After dispatch, cancellation is not allowed. Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 5-7 working days.

Some products come with manufacturer warranty. Invoice is required for warranty claims. Physical damage is not covered under warranty.
