Return & Refund Policy

We offer a 7-day return policy from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused, in original condition, and not installed or tampered with
• All items must be returned along with the original box, packaging, tags, and invoice/bill
• The return request must be initiated within 7 days of delivery

Returns will not be accepted in the following cases:

• The product has been used, installed, tampered with, or physically damaged
• The item is returned without original box, packaging, or invoice
• The return request is made after 7 days
• The item must be unused and not installed or tampered with

If the returned product fails quality inspection, the refund will not be processed.

Our team will assist you with the return instructions.

• Refunds will be processed only after inspection and approval of the returned product
• The refund will be credited to the original payment method only
• Refund processing may take 5–10 business days after approval

• Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable
• Return shipping costs may be borne by the customer unless the product is defective or incorrect

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product:

• Notify us within 48 hours of delivery
• Share clear images/videos for verification

We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

• Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch
• Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled
